This camp and conference portal is only used for housing needs for a camp or conference during the summer months of June and July.

• University Housing and Residential Life (UHRL) is not involved with food services and is not involved in utilizing other spaces on campus, outside of housing spaces and housing grounds.
• You will need to contact other departments for other needs.

Listed above is the date range we typically accomodate camps/conferences. Any camps or conferences outside of the specified date range will automatically be rejected.

• Camps or Conferences within the date range can also be subject to rejection at UHRL's discretion, typically because of space limitations, maintenance issues, or other reasons deemed necessary.
